• Event Organizers: Users creating and managing events on Kutana Events are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of events organized by users.
• Cancellation and Refund Policies: Event organizers are responsible for establishing and communicating their event cancellation and refund policies. Participants are bound by these policies when registering for events.

4. Participant Registration and Payments

• Registration: Participants agree to provide accurate information when registering for events through our platform.
• Payments: Payment processing services may be provided by third-party payment processors. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating your affiliation.
• Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

9. Taxes and Compliance

Event organizers on Kutana Events are responsible for determining and applying any applicable taxes, levies, or statutory charges in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within their jurisdiction.

By using the platform:

• You acknowledge that any taxes applied to event transactions are defined and collected by the event organizer on behalf of the relevant tax authorities.
• Kutana Events does not set, calculate, or remit taxes on behalf of event organizers unless explicitly stated.
• The applicable tax amount will be clearly indicated on all invoices and receipts issued for event transactions. For any inquiries, clarifications, or disputes related to taxes, participants are advised to contact the respective event organizer directly.
