      Users creating and managing events on Accessible Events are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. We are not responsible for the content or conduct of events organized by users.

   2. b. Cancellation and Refund Policies

      Event organizers are responsible for establishing and communicating their event cancellation and refund policies. Participants are bound by these policies when registering for events

4. 4. Participant Registration and Payments

   1. a. Registration

      Participants agree to provide accurate information when registering for events through our platform.

   2. b. Payments

      Payment processing services may be provided by third-party payment processors. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by their terms and conditions.

5. 5. Prohibited Conduct

   You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

   1. a. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
   2. b. Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating youraffiliation.

   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.
