How to request deletion of your kutana events account and associated data.

Steps to delete your account

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Kutana events account.
  2. Go to Profile → Opens in a new Tab Account Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your request.

Once submitted, your request will be processed within 5 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Event registrations and attendance history
  • Chat messages and networking interactions
  • Uploaded profile images and content
  • Preferences and interests

Data That May Be Retained

The following data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes:

  • Transaction or payment records (retained for 7 years as required by law)
  • Aggregated and anonymized analytics data (cannot be linked back to you)

All retained data is securely stored and not used for marketing purposes.

Retention Period

Account deletion requests are completed within 5 days

Backups may persist for up to 1 month before being permanently erased
